Registration Cost
New Players : $120.00 - includes NSW registration, umpiring costs and administration costs. If you want to play in both the Wednesday & Saturday competitions, an additional $50.00 applies
For Players who played in our Autumn11 or Spring11 Competition, the fees are : $110.00 and if you want to play in both the Wednesday & Saturday competitions, an additional $40.00 applies
NOTE that ladies who are registered in the Ladies Comp can also play in the Mixed Comp at no extra cost

Games
Wednesday Night : Timeslots are 6:30pm, 7:30pm & 8:30pm . Game duration is 4 x 12 minute quarters, with 2 minute breaks.
Saturday Morning : Timeslot - 9:30am. Game duration is 4 x 15 minute quarters, with 3 - 5 - 3 minute breaks.
GRADING : Regrading will be done prior to week 3. Only points will be recorded for week 1 and 2, no goal averages. A regrade may also take place after week 7, depending on performance or team changes.
Fill Ins NOT allowed, only fully registered players from your own team can go on court. Doing so will incur a penalty. Your team will have to forfeit the game.
Forfeits
At the Game
You must have at least 5 players to play the game , any less and you have to forfeit the game.
You have 5 minutes wait time for late arrivals to make your 5 players, before you have to forfeit.
The team who receives the forfeit is allocated 3 points.
The team who gives the forfeit, receives no points.
Before the Game
If you wish to forfeit before game time, this MUST be done before 4:00pm (Wednesday Comp) or 8:00am (Saturday Comp) on the day of play.
To do this, notify Suzanne on 0420 816 635 as soon as you can, so the other team can be advised and save them coming out unnecessarily.
The team who receives the forfeit is allocated 3 points.
The team who gives the forfeit, receives no points (see NOTE below)
NOTE :
Failing to notify before the above times on the day of play is classed as "Forfeiting without notice" and
the team who failed to give notice will have an extra point deducted.

Forfeiting during the Finals
You may only forfeit one game during the Finals, a second forfeit and your team will be eliminated.
Results Are updated to the Website normally by Thursday afternoon for the Wednesday Night Competition and by Saturday afternoon for the Saturday Competition, so check for the latest info after that.
Points Points are allocated as such : Win = 3, Loss = 1, Bye = 2, Wet weather cancellation = 2, Forfeit received = 3, Forfeit given = 0 and Forfeit without notification = minus 1
Finals Players must have played 3 games with your team to be eligible to play in the Finals games. You may only forfeit one game during the Finals, a second forfeit and your team will be eliminated.
Wet Weather If games are cancelled due to wet weather, your team contacts will be notified and all teams receive 2 points. Games from the round are not re-scheduled for play. If games go ahead but at 6:30 the night is cancelled, all teams receive 2 points. If games go ahead and one timeslot is played but the other is cancelled, all teams receive 2 points regardless of play. Please note that if the situation allows, we will play shortened games on the indoor courts. If the first Finals game is cancelled teams will progress as Winner/Loser as per their incoming points/goal average. If a subsequent Finals game is cancelled, that game will be played the following week and all following games will be extended by one week.
Kiosk Is open during competition. You can borrow balls, position tags, whistles, etc. or purchase drinks and sweets. Hot food is instant noodles or soup. Dispensing machines also available.
Dates of Competition The competitions run for the total of 19 weeks, including the Grand FinalsWednesday Night Competition - 1st February until 6th June Saturday Morning Competition - 4th February until 9th June
NOTE: All teams are in the finals
Wednesday Comp Finals are from 9th May to 6th June (Grand Finals).
Saturday Comp Finals are from 12th May to 9th June (Grand Finals).
There will be a Trophy presentation to Winners & Runners Up at conclusion of Grand Finals.
