"Congratulations" It is with great pleasure we wish to advise that the following athletes have been selected to represent NSW in the 15’s Australian Indigenous Schoolgirls Netball Team and Open Australian Indigenous Schoolgirls Netball Squad. Maddison Deguara (CSNA/Sydney Uni State League Team 4) has been selected in the 15’s Australian Indigenous Schoolgirls Netball Team to participate at the International Netball Challenge. This will be held in Queensland the first week of July (information to be confirmed). Kiara Maza (CSNA/Sydney Uni State League Team 4) and Teneal Hookey (CSNA/Sydney Uni State League Team 4) have been selected in the Open Australian Indigenous Schoolgirls Netball Squad with Final selections to be held in April. State League is the premier netball competition in New South Wales, offering week in and out competition for the state’s most talented netballers, coaches, umpires and administrators. The 2010 competition will again be known as the DOOLEYS State League. State League began in 1984. Since that time, it has taken many forms and most recently the State League Division One competition has been renamed the Waratah Cup. The waratah flower is a symbol which has been synonymous with the elite netball in NSW for years. There are seven regions of State League in New South Wales with the DOOLEYS State League - Region 1, played at the Anne Clark Centre, Lidcombe.
